Step 1

  • Select the Spring Break week you want to travel.
  • Select your room occupancy (number of people in room) and hotel or condominium desired.
  • " Each trip participant must fill out the online reservation form or the printable reservation form available on this web site. (All forms must indicate that you have read and understand the "Terms & Conditions")
Step 2
A $50 per person non-refundable deposit for a domestic trip or $100 non-refundable deposit for a international trip is required to book a tour package. There are four reservation options:
  • Mail completed printable reservation form (one person per form) with your deposit or full payment. Enclose a personal check, money order, cashier's check or certified check made out to Inter-Campus Programs or ICP. If paying by credit card: complete the credit card payment information box on the printed reservation form. There is a one time credit card handling fee for credit card transactions. ($10 per person for domestic trips / $20 per person for international trips).
  • Send all filled out reservation forms WITH payments to Inter-Campus Programs, 800 Roosevelt Road, Building A, Suite 4 Glen Ellyn, IL 60137-5845 or call toll free 800-327-6013 to make a phone reservation. (All phone reservations require a deposit or full payment to be put on your credit card at time of booking).
  • Fax your completed reservation form with credit card payment information. (Toll free fax 800-724-4352).
  • Purchase your package online, over the phone or from one of our campus sales agents.
Step 3
Upon receipt of your reservation you will be given a confirmation. You will receive this confirmation by email, postal service or it will be delivered by your campus sales agent. The confirmation will state pertinent information regarding your trip. Final payments are due in our office 30 days prior to your selected trip check-in date for domestic trips or by January 6th for international trips. After these dates unpaid reservations are subject to cancellation (they may be reinstated if space is still available and any applicable late fees are paid) Late final payments may result in the loss of your first hotel and/or flight choice, assessment of late payment fees or forfeiture of any monies paid to date. NEW RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FINAL PAYMENT DATES IF SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER FINAL PAYMENT DATES).
